Spun Iron Baking Dome or Cloche

A hemispherical spun iron 12” baking dome ideal for use with flat baking sheets or partnered with our 12” iron baking/serving trays, or else for food presentation and protection. As a baking dome these help keep moist air trapped in close proximity to baking bread (especially useful for sourdoughs) helping to better develop richer flavoured and coloured crusts. Hand made in Shropshire by Netherton Foundry, a company committed to sustainable sourcing and local manufacturing. The dome is about 31cm in diameter, 19cm high, and 16cm high internally.
