Catalonian billhook No.2 (strong/large)

Fully ground simple brush cutting hooks hand produced in Catalonia at the workshops of Cuchillería Pallarès the one surviving knife and tool maker in a town once dotted with small manufacturers. Founded in 1917 by brothers Lluís and Carles Pallarès Canal they are now a third generation family company with a workforce of 15 whose owners and management still split their time between administrative necessity and manual craft production. The strong (No.2) hook has an overall length of approximately 43cm.
