Laboratory glass measuring jug, 1l

A 1 litre cooking and measuring jug made of Simax borosilicate laboratory glass in the Czech Republic. Developed in 1958 by the already over a century established Kavalier glass company, Simax is a laboratory boiling glass heat resistant from -40° to +300° Celsius, and suitable for use (with aqueous liquids) over a flame or hob, in the oven, microwave, and freezer, subject to avoidance of sudden extreme fluctuations in temperature.
