Pallarès nickel plated pinking shears, 7”

Nickel plated, black lacquered offset handled professional pinking shears with extra deep, variably raked teeth for a satisfyingly crisp pinked cut. Put-together and finished from hot forged blanks in the workshops of Cuchillería Pallarès the one surviving knife and tool maker in a town once dotted with small manufacturers. Founded in 1917 by brothers Lluís and Carles Pallarès Canal they are now a third generation family company with a workforce of 15 whose owners and management still split their time between administrative necessity and manual craft production.
