A 60cm diameter blue steel paella pan in a traditional Spanish shape, with its low edges, perfectly suited to making paella. Properly prepared this will increasingly outperform any non stick pan, will last a life time, and actually improve with age. It won't peel above medium heat or release plastics into your food, it will self repair if scratched. Will blacken as the steel bonds with layers of oil and carbon, forming what amounts to a natural non stick coating. Please note that this product is for collection in store only.

Care Advice

Hand wash with a stiff vegetable fibre brush, using either no soap or a very gentle soap such as Marseille White Soap. Avoid soaking. Dry immediately after washing, and either return to the hob to ensure the pan is fully dry, or dry well. Season with oil before first use, and re-season when necessary. Store in a dry environment to prevent the formation of rust. Should rust occur, use an abrasive or rust-remover to remove, and re-season.
  • Weight g 4kg
  • Item Dimensions L68.8 x W60 x H7.5
  • Materials Blue carbon steel and stainless steel
