A larger standard-sized hand trowel with a welded cranked stem and sustainably grown turned ash 14cm handle. This sturdy hand-held tool is perfect for transplanting bulbs, seedlings, flowers, and vegetables, as well as light weeding while working to sustain existing roots. Handcrafted in the Krumpholz family-run forge in Germany who have been making high quality gardening tools since 1799. Krumpholz offer a lifetime guarantee against material or manufacturing defects. Being carbon steel these tools are best cleaned and dried after use and stored dry and occasionally oiled to help prevent rust.

Care Advice

Iron or steel products such as these are not rust proof — with this in mind, always clean and dry before storing in a dry environment to avoid rust formation. Treat the wooden handle with a mineral oil when necessary to condition the wood and prevent warping and cracking.
