English Seasoned Carbon Steel Frying Pan, 25cm

A high quality carbon steel frying pan, made in England. Carbon steel has been used in cookware for over a thousand years, with incredibly versatile properties — safe to use on any heat source, and capable of cooking meats, vegetables and more. The pan comes pre-seasoned, and will only grow better with use and additional seasoning, allowing a natural patina to form — this creates an easy-release surface which is almost entirely non-stick. Complete with an ergonomically designed, stainless steel handle. Suitable for induction hobs (heat slowly to avoid warping), as well as on all other heating sources. Hand-wash only. Made in Birmingham, UK by Samuel Groves, est. 1817. Measures 25cm in diameter, with a handle length of 21cm.
